If you are unable to access the housing application please email the Housing Office. In the email include your first and last name and seven digit UMD ID number.
*Housing is guaranteed for new and transfer students who apply by the priority deadline. Students who apply after the priority deadline are not guaranteed housing space.
Housing Contract
As part of the housing application process, students will need to sign the housing contract.
