Spring Semester 2026
Spring 2026 housing contracts begin on Sunday, January 11, 2025. Spring 2026 contract holders can begin moving into on-campus housing at 9:00 AM on Sunday, January 11, 2026. This information is also stipulated in the contract that the student signed as well as in our Housing & Residence Life Guidebook.

All residents must complete check out procedures by 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026. Any student who fails to properly check out by 8:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026, will incur an improper check-out fee ($50) as well as a daily housing rate which will be charged to their student account. Students should refer to the email they receive from the housing office for their check-out instructions.
*All housing facilities remain open for all breaks.

Residents without an active spring 2027 semester housing contract must complete all checkout procedures by 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2026. A student who is not registered for the spring 2027 semester who fails to properly check-out by 8:00 PM on Friday, December 18, 2026, will incur an improper check out fee ($50) as well as a daily housing rate which will be charged to their student account. Students should refer to the email they receive from the housing office for their check-out instructions.
*All housing facilities remain open for all breaks. Students who have active housing contracts for BOTH fall semester and spring semester are able to remain in residence during winter break.
