UMD Summer Housing offers a variety of housing options that are available for you!
UMN Students
Summer housing is available to undergraduate students who are enrolled at any of the five University of Minnesota campuses during the current spring, summer, or upcoming fall semesters.
Camp & Conference Groups
On campus housing, dining services, and meeting spaces for your group can all be coordinated for your special summer camp or conference group!
Grandma's Marathon Participants & Spectators
Marathon participants or spectators can rent residence hall rooms or apartments during Grandma's Marathon weekend in June.
Summer Seniors
The UMD Summer Senior Rental Program offers housing and limited programming for 8-weeks from early June through July.
We do not offer short-term vacation rentals, with the exception of Grandma's marathon weekend. For area lodging information see VisitDuluth.
