- Individuals and roommate group leaders will receive their lottery number before spring break.

- Individual students and roommate group leaders will be assigned a room selection date based on their lottery number.
- Individual students and roommate group leaders are responsible for completing the room selection process on their assigned date, if space permits.
- If individuals or group leaders miss their selection time, each individual and all group members will be placed on the housing waitlist based on the lottery number.
Housing Waitlist:
- Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee you will receive a housing assignment.
- If individuals or group leaders have a lottery number and either missed their selection time or couldn't find available spaces, each individual and all group members will be placed on the housing waitlist based on the lottery number.
- As spaces become available, those on the waitlist will be assigned housing based on the lottery number, utilizing building preferences and profile responses.
