Oakland Apartments is a three floor apartment complex located on St. Marie St comprised of five separate buildings. The buildings are divided into Oakland A (Oak & Aspen buildings) and Oakland B (Balsam, Basswood, & Birch). The buildings are named after the various trees of northern Minnesota.
