We have separate application processes and timelines for new students and students who are renewing their housing application.
Applications for Full Academic Year (Fall & Spring Semester)
- Available: February 1 at 12pm, noon
- Priority Deadline: June 1
Current On-Campus Residents (Renewal Application)
- Available: January 16 at 12pm, noon
- Priority Deadline: March 1 at 3pm
Applications for Spring Semester Only
- Available: October 14, 2024 at 12pm, noon
- Priority Deadline: On-going
If you are unable to access the housing application please email the Housing Office. In the email include your first and last name and seven digit UMD ID number.
*Housing is guaranteed for students who apply by the priority deadline. Students who apply after the priority deadline are not guaranteed housing space.
Housing Contract
As part of the housing application process, students will need to sign the housing contract.
