Reservation Instructions

  1. Login to the reservation portal. If this is your first time reserving a space, you will need to register. This can be done by clicking "reserve a room" and filling out your registration information. Alternatively, you can click "login" and then click the hyperlinked "register here" option. If you try to register with an email that is already on file, you will receive an error message.
  2. Your username is the email address you used to register. If you can't remember your password, click the hyperlinked "forgotten password" option to reset your password.
  3. Once logged in, click "reserve a room". Proceed by selecting the FinnFest 2025 group to view available rooms.
  4. Continue through the reservation process by selecting your desired room(s) and submitting payment information to complete your reservation.
  5. After payment successfully processes, click save and continue on the bottom of the page to prompt a confirmation email to be sent to you. 

If you are reserving more than one room, please keep in mind the following: 

  • You will be prompted to assign yourself to one of the spaces. Other guests do not need to be assigned to a space. As long as they are listed as a guest in the reservation, they will be able to check-in.
  • After you complete your reservation, you will not be able to add additional rooms via our online portal. If you wish to add additional reservations you will need to email [email protected] and pay for the additional rooms upon check-in.

If you receive an error message when submitting your payment information, run into issues, have a question, or forget to send a confirmation email to yourself, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

Parking Information

Parking is free for summer guests as long as they park their vehicle(s) in a green designated parking lot. Please reference the linked parking map to see the locations of various parking lots.

Transportation

Guests staying on campus without a vehicle, can use local ride share options like Lyft and Uber. Guests can also utilize local buses that are operated by the Duluth Transit Authority. Multiple bus routes pick up and drop off right on the UMD campus at the Kirby Drive Bus Hub. To view routes, schedules, and rates, visit the Duluth Transit Authority Website.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled up until Noon on Wednesday, July 16. To cancel your reservation, submit your cancellation request to [email protected]. Please keep in mind that we charge a $25 cancellation fee.
